Well can I be a little cheeky gosh and suggest that your symbolic clock is a little slow. That minute hand should surely be much closer to MAR than at the beginning of FEB. Yeah a bit frustrating isn't it. However we might not like the arrangement struck between IND and New Era once/if it happens since how well our present shareholding in IND is treated with the blending into the New Era arrangement and then how much is going to be required with a CR may not be to shareholders liking anyway.
But what option do we have ? And that is the sticking point and no doubt weakens IND's position at the bargaining table. Who needs who more ?
