"That level" of 0.21 would merely get the vast majority of us shareholders - including those of us who bought near the recent bottom - back to just barely above underwater. I'll probably be put on probation again or else outright banned for this, but butt-rape is butt-rape and that's what these jokers have done to us retail shareholders for the past several months:
