Another thing that my mind boggles about is VIC's continued claiming to having something of value in Bolivia. Yet when we come to page 5 and the chart setting out the list of tenements under the ASX Listing Rule 5.3.3 there is no mention of any Bolivian tin assets. That does not completely surprise me. That merely proves what I have thought for some time that VIC does not have anything solid. They may have had an agreement with COMIBOL that allowed them to do a bit of messing around drilling by the mining students but they do not have agreements in place to own any of the tailings sites otherwise they would have acknowledged them in that chart.
So why does VIC claim to be doing "care and maintenance" on the Bolivian tin project.? What on earth is involved in doing "care and maintenance " when you have no agreement over the areas that previously have been identified in announcements as the relevant tailings areas. And even if VIC had some actual areas that it had in its name (which apparently it does not) what on earth would it be doing by "care and maintenance".
Would that mean that they employed someone to go out and rake the tailings every week to keep any weeds down ?
Or if they had retained their office that Mr Galvez had used would they have some faithful Bolivian going in and dusting everything down and especially the filing box in the cupboard where the precious maps and photos were stored awaiting that third party to take up the wonderful opportunity that awaits.
Yes the mind boggles at what can be conjured up by that claim of "care and maintenance" Ridiculous ! IMHO. There is nothing there and the chart on page 5 proves it.
