Since this company took out a $ 200M loan, that just balances the market cap. That essentially means that the lender essentially owns the first mortgage on this property, followed closely by the biggest shareholders (banks).
The rest of the shareholders, therefore, own NOTHING.
Perhaps they'll figure out a way to come after those poor shareholders to squeeze some more blood.
Pray for a takeover.
