i work in exploration and I understand the process in moving forward into development although, this is my first project build that I've speculated on but regardless of that pilburro I don't understand what you saying.
exploration takes time, even a big resources with a low AISC isn't enough to decide to move ahead onto mining.
positioning project finance and DFS and all other studies associated doesn't have a step by step process.
it's perfect for WAF as they can't drill deeper without costing money and that's fairly significant. M5 won't add much and all the other things from here on out other than building the project would take time so essentially they have done the right thing.
