I was just reading the offer document for the SPP agreement and two things struck me.
1) the company will not place any shortfall from the offer so people can throw their theories about the smart institutions snaffling them all up for themselves; and
2) despite the original announcing the mine funding (dated 5 Dec 2018) saying there would be a maximum of A$5 million (or 20 million shares) available under the SPP offer, I can't see/read anywhere in the actual offer document itself (annouced 14/12;2018) where the maximum shares under the offer are referred to or defined. Now this could be down to my inattentive reading of the document or a legal oversight that has gone uncorrected, I'm not sure which. Can anyone see a reference to the maximum shares on offer in the actual offer documemt?
Irrespective of point (2) above it will be interesting to see how many shares have been taken up as that will be a real indication of where this market is at. Esh
