Perhaps, if it can be shown that management turned down a fifty cent offer back whenever, that a class action might be appropriate by shareholders, if that offer was not properly presented? My opinion only due to the great frustration of how poorly managed this company seems to be now, and has been for a long time (years), leading to the dismal share price, in spite of a high grade gold deposit. This whole situation is gigantically contradictory and illogical; something isn't right, by any measure of sanity. jmho.
