Defamation? Get a grip precious offendee. Don't quote me out of context - find the post and understand the context it was written in. If I opine that I think you've been negligent in your assessment of the PEN investment case, you gonna have a go at me for defamation? Jesus wept. 

Nothing I say "makes it so" ura. It's all my considered opinion. Stop pushing this line because I've never insisted that to be the case.

".....and we may even see that field trial you've sought after so long." That would be a very prudent decision in my opinion. For my money, without this trial, an investment in PEN will be extremely risky, unless of course you hold the view that "it's only money" and are happy to lose it if it comes to that eventuality. I don't seek for PEN to do anything, I have no vested interest in their success or demise - long term that is. I recommend a field leach trial as a risk mitigation exercise for the project. I recommend that risk-averse investors question PEN as to why this isn't been seriously considered. If I'm wrong and it is being considered, why doesn't PEN announce this - if nothing else, it'll shut me up on this issue.

Finally, I don't post relentless negativity for your consideration only. I post as an ex-holder and interested observer. The negativity angle is entirely generated by the outcomes that PEN has produced. Allow me to be so bold as to suggest that other interested investors (real or potential) may find my contribution useful. Just a hunch.
