Another point to note is that from the OSH quarterly. They indicate that (subject to progress in the next few weeks with the state negotiation team), key terms for the gas agreements with Papua LNG could be finalized by the APEC meetings which are to be held from Nov 17-18.
A positive result for third party access could provide a major boost for HZN in just a few weeks. I'll be keeping an eye out for any news surrounding such announcements.
We have a new Chinese partner. Now wouldn't it be great to have the Chinese President informed of their involvement in a new Western LNG project during APEC. Am I only dreaming?
