It's not about the price of the shares, it's about the number of them!!!! They are numbers people and they've got the numbers.
Towie. You are on the right track there about the delay in proceeding with the TO agreement. You might be surprised about some of that delay, but you, unfortunately, can't find out from me as the source of my information won't let me.
