“Bizzell Capital Partners, a company associated with the Company’s Chairman, assisted in the capital raising and will receive fees in this regard.”

I don’t think it is unreasonable to ask for full disclosure on exactly what fees were/will be paid, and to which entities (associated with our Chairman), will they be paid to.

Specifically, in addition to BCP, are there any other entities (associated with our Chairman), who will benefit financially, and on what basis.

Additionally, will fees be paid to any of our Chairman’s associated entities, for raising capital from our very own Directors and Key Management Personnel.

I truly trust that the current generous remuneration packages, paid by the shareholders, are not supplemented by fees.
