Re the two strikes policy, it still gives the Directors another 12 months after that AGM and the way this mob works, the first strike won't bother them one bit and gives them 12 months to make sure all of their mates either attend the AGM or at least cast a vote.
Last year just 35 million voted shares would have got the first strike. You can bet that that number would be significantly increased if this board was given 12 months warning. Get 50 people to attend the AGM and give them hell. That's what will scare the crap out of them.
