I’ve been in a company that got a 25% against rem report vote. It shook the sheet out of the company. It does nothing practically but send a massive warning flare that the shareholders have had enough.

I am happy to pay their wages if they earn it. But with the bullshit no substance delays... I am over it. I don’t want a resolution (well I do, but..), I am just after clear and honest communication.


If there is no ML by agm, it will be a tense agm....
