I'd just like to make it clear that the questions that I have raised do not in any way suggest that they are actual concerns. But, the lack of transparency from management and their own performances, has made this company a no go zone for any prospective buyers of their shares who do even the most basic research of their own and would most certainly be asking those questions.
Management,by their inaction, performances and absolute lack of transparency, have made shareholders pay a massive price while they continue to claim exorbitant , mostly unearned, income and benefits from the company, all to the detriment of their shareholders, the antithesis of what they are legally paid to do.
