Yep,those charges are rorts but they've been doing it for years without doing anything positive for shareholders for all of those years. But, they control the vote.
Why did they issue 15% (debt) CN's and then pay it all out to creditors? Who took them up and who got paid? The same people, to give them claims over LNY's assets as creditors should that eventuate?
What would LNY's assets be worth in a liquidator's fire sale???
