We are receiving a lot of Ann’s just to set our directors...at $1,000/Ann.....but years of silence in which to inform the shareholders of any material changes.

For salt into the wound:
“Bizzell Capital Partners, a company associated with the Company’s Chairman, assisted in the capital raising and will receive fees in this regard.”

Will BCP charge LNY a fee for setting up our own directors?

Will the Directors abstain from voting at the EGM?

Why call an EGM?....and not wait for an early AGM?

Why the rush to put this deal through....yet no urgency has even existed in progressing towards producing?!
