My interpretation is that it appears that the pilot plant results have confirmed that Cobalt and Nickel can be processed as an economic by product in the Scandium circuit from the quarterly activities report.
Finally they have put in writing .. a great relief for the Co/Ni believers .. myself included.
CN needs to push hard this week with Artemis Resources on Munni Munni .. they are technically at default with the JV, unless there is an extension of time clause allowing that situation in the "confidential" term sheet no punter PGM shareholder has sighted. If that's the case, confidentiality agreements normally stipulate a time frame for " confidentiality" .. usually up to 3 years max in my experience. The freedom of information Act may allow sighting of such a term sheet. Platina need to tell us the exact terms very shortly and why they would allow such an extension.
ARV have finally put on paper this week that their current holding in Munni Munni is zero percent, as opposed to previous statements alluding to them aready owning 70% of MM, subject to them completing the 70% Earn In conditions .. whatever they may be.
Bottom line is their time is up on the 5th August according to announcements made to the market by Platina at the time of the deal being struck 3 years ago.
If pressed against the wall .. unless the confidential ARV JV agreement prevents is .. then the worst case scenario for Platina is that they can flog their 30% in MM to companies like Novo and Kirkland (Sprott
&Co) for a substantial payout to fund the rest of the their Scandium (now including Co/Ni credits) program this year.
After all, Artemis resources cashed in on the sale of Novo shares recently to Kirkland lake resources for a hefty amount for a portion of their conglomerate gold holdings recently .. as announced today, Munni Munni is officially a potential gold conglomerate play .. see attached file for the Artemis deal:
