Spot on @big mahn - RMX is a juiced up, tiny shell with plenty of potential. Management are looking for good projects to generate significant shareholder value. The lithium project was promising, but unfortunately didn't deliver. Same thing with the cobalt. Both acquisitions were timely and were approved by shareholders, with the share price rocketing.
I reckon the next acquisition will be the best out of all...
the latest quarterly STATED - you cant make this stuff up - that the company is looking at three brownfields projects. So, there's a good chance we won't be dealing with a project that fails from the start, as we're not EVEN looking at greenfields.
Brownfields projects purely come down to execution - and it starts with the deal structure.
