I think seller needed to free up fund to put somewhere else. This has been a while and I would look for other opportunities if I was breaking even. Some sectors are very bullish atm. I hope our guys get into one of these hot sectors. We may see a huge jump if they play it right. But TBH, I have started to question their abilities.
