Although they have a month extension "the deal is done" announcement could still come out any time. I spoke with Russell a week or so ago and he said the offtake is pretty well there but they want to combine it with financing as well. I like the fact management is looking after shareholders best interests to minimise dilution by a best combination of debt and equity funding as stated in the quarterly. If it takes longer to get a better deal than I am all for it. Once the deal is done also expect alot of news flow as they get the plant into production and then commence further exploration.
The high ppm on the Chilean lithium at 400 - 2360 also shows this could be a very good project and I eagerly await the news of drilling it, but suspect this may be next quarter.
When I spoke to Russell I said it would be good to put out a timeline for each of the projects over maybe the next 2 years so shareholders have a better idea of when to expect certain milestones. He took this onboard and I hope to see something on it soon.
