Arsenic I think you fail to understand that the authorities will follow the due legal process to the letter and conditions will be specified in the approval to keep everyone happy; and PEN will undertake all the requisite work that is asked of them i.e. both parties will go through 'the motions' but at the end, greater interests will carry the day.
Trump has planted like-minded people in the EPA and the state of Wyoming is also of like mind when it comes to the uranium industry. It will all be done correctly but everyone knows what result is expected of them.
Everyone needs to wake up to how the Trump Administration does business. PEN now operates in an environment where the financial interest of America comes first and all other matters that get in the way will be dealt with appropriately "somehow"
