I've experience with dilute acid and while I never placed on tongue there was only mild sensation to hands and no where as bad as battery acid on hands.
It is acidic at 1.5 but relatively mild.
I see 2020 if not earlier. I'm factoring in the Trump .....Get sheet done and " Make America Great Again" that is really getting a head of steam on now.

My view is that you are underestimating what the new leadership is bringing and capable of at Pen.
You don't have inside knowledge of what is going on with all the testing or anything else at Pen.
My view also is you're overstating your own abilities.
Credit where credit is due but you're strike rate is only average.

I agree Pens situation is potentially dire. Pen has using other words stated this but, I'm invested and hopeful.
Of course you are entitled to your opinion. Ideally just less and less of it would be great.
