Your negative PEN posts are interesting I must say. Considering how much time you spend on posting about PEN, I am surprised by your comments suggesting PEN's plant does not work.
The plant does work, in fact produces Uranium. The issue is the recovery of Uranium is lower than original anticipated hence higher cost.
They are simply looking to switch the extraction solution from Alkaline to Acid. It is a well-known fact that acid is a better solution for Uranium ISR mining then Alkaline. Acid is more corrosive!
Please note the majority of worldwide ISR operations use acid – Fact
PEN will not need to spend much on plant & equipment for using acid – Fact
Uranium has been in a brutal bear market – Fact
For some reason you seem to dislike PEN and will not say anything positive - Fact
