VI123, I was answering a question put to me by phishpheet. It's not about being negative, it's about being truthful. I don't see much value in lying to people just to expand the size of the echo chamber.
I'm fully aware of Heili's background but comparing PEN to other U plays in the USA is of no relevance. To the best of my knowledge, their technology has not failed. Let's turn your comment around though. If UR-Energy has a lot less resources than PEN, why is their MC greater than PEN's. The logical answer is that investors value UR-Energy higher - perhaps it's because they have a plant that 'works'.
Sorry mate, PEN is not a good investment in my opinion. Not to sound like a stuck record, but there are way better uranium investments out there. Good luck though - seriously.
