Do you ever have anything positive to say about PEN???
PEN is run by a very smart CEO now that used to run UR-Energy in the USA (which by the way has a US market cap of $US145m & has total resources of a lot less then PEN) so I think he and his team will be all over this!
Perhaps chill out and get on board
