Yes its all very well. Nothing you say is incorrect. I think what has some people irked is that in their announcement (the presentation) dated 29th May they stated drilling would commence in 3-4 weeks. That didn't happen. Now its wet and rainy so yes people need to get over it. But its fair enough to be annoyed they didn't get it going as stated, or at least, if they did, they didn't announce anything. I've been here for years and years (call me a fool but its been one looooong 'good story', a geographical trilogy if you will, never had an ending, just "to be continued ..." over and over again). I no longer get upset about it, sometimes that's how it goes, not everything promised works out, its called risk, but I can see why people would get annoyed. Still, its a good story, so I'm gonna keep reading ...
