I added the 109,375,000 shares issued on 15 May 2018 to 518.3 million shares I got from the 2 May 2018 presentation.
Transcription error. Should have been 581.2 shares not 518.2 million and this amount is also rounded and the total is also missing some recent shares issued with options being exercised.
Here are the amended values based on the Form 3b numbers, 690,824,727 SOI and 15,978,125 options outstanding, very sorry. Good to see people keeping me honest.
$42.6 million cash at bank as at 30 June 2018
Market Capitalisation @ 32cents per share = $221,063,913 (undiluted) and $226,176,913 (fully diluted)
EV at 30 June 2018 @ 32cents = $178,463,913 (undiluted) and $183,576,913 (fully diluted)
Post tax NPV from DFS = $540 million is equivalent to 78.2 cents/share (undiluted) and 76.4 cents/share fully diluted
