This was the 3rd or 4th delay in the Scoping Study for Cooroorah - suggestive to me that they are struggling to find a case providing positive economics.
Wrt "Company needs to tap a revenue stream prior to eoy imo, either a cr or jv involving a 3rd party buy in (hopefully the latter)" ... there does remain time to EOY however as BCB state in their quarterly announcement :
... so wouldn't be holding my breath.
