Agree. Most definitely. WRT something fishy going on.
But, I only am suspicious it’s props because there’s nothing really sitting there at .018 but the 17 queue is lining up. Why not just take out 18? One pip is not that big of a deal really...
Additionally, the mid 2’s have gotten slightly loaded on the sell side.
Time will tell.
