Just add brine (and before you ask - just pump more, not worry about stage 2 testing, can do anytime), the sun and tack on an extension to processing facility. By then they are already in production @ 75k ton, sales and profitability clear, share price is up and equity raise far simpler & less dilution to existing SH. Could be late 2019 or 2020 easily.
Great strategy reducing existing SH dilution.
AMN & RWD has to be years behind doing the same
