And yes it rains in the monsoon
However because LD is a terminal lake there is no were for the water to go
Hence why they are always whining about floods
And also the reason the trenches collapsed and had to be cleaned
Floods have been the reason for the last six years
At least they are consistent
You can rely on them to let you down
