Best wishes Pip (replacing LD). As stated in the ann you are well placed to leverage the company into new opportunities. Please don’t take >9 years to do so and then walk as LD (sensibly) has. There is much disappointment and angst among shareholders who have lost patience with this moribund stock.

If you don’t see that decade old company making opportunity within 24 months of your appointment please wind up the lost cause and distribute what’s left to shareholders. Good luck.
