I see a profit from the OC operation, and they have created easy access for the portal for UG ops to commence.
Current contractor has no UG experience, they will need to go with a local who is willing to profit share, ie Byrncutt or GBF or the likes of them. IMO. Time will reveal all , but it has been a long wait to say the least !
