That 1.5 months also fits in perfectly with the next due QR!!
IMO, please proceed with that phone call on Monday, try hardest to get PW, and have a down to earth discussion with him.
You DO have justifiable ammunition to throw at him, supported by well in excess of the required 5%. See what he says and how he responds and we can react accordingly.
We WANT to have a cordial and inclusive relationship with management, but, remember, they definitely hold nearly all the aces and could just pull the plug on us at any time they wish!!! The company is totally dependent on private supporters with placements and/or S.B.s loans, they don't NEED us shareholders!!!
Maybe, after your discussion, we could just sit it out until the next QR (hopefully get something before that) but, IF that's another cut and paste, we then pull the trigger.
