Its an option over a company who has an option to acquire... i think a couple of Mill will need to be paid from Blue Sky (who DMI has an option over) to the ultimate vendors... which is on top of the shares being issued to Bly Sky.

Also the fact they don't have an actual Lake... which is what all the Salar's are based on.

I too was under the impression of how amazing the deal was until I was told otherwise.

Anyway - will be interesting to see where DMI gets too.

Would I have liked that to be vended in? Absolutely.
