I must say I do understand both sides of the coin here from posters.... optimism that the Haitian govt will come to the party,.....after all the tenements held really do look the goods and an expansion of the known resource would be highly probable should they get the chance to actually drill. And best of all the locals are practically kicking the stuff around at surface.
Then on the other hand I do have this sinking feeling that in fact the govt are on side with the locals who, according to many publications, are not interested at all in foreign investors waltzing in and pillaging their sovereign assets.
Nice little rise today and unusually high volume, leaky ship or just a random day of trading? I’m thinking the later.
