G'day Dugsab. It seems that some of us (you and me?) have the same idea and are calling up places in Georgetown to see if we can get any information. Nobody that I have spoken to knows any names or phone numbers, but, the most "comforting" reply that I have received is that the Georgetown plant is "definitely there and that they are definitely working on it". Now, that all they know, but, for mine, who, by the way, is starting to become a bit cynical and even nervous, at least we do know that there is a plant vbeing worked on in Georgetown and that it's not a ghost town.
Another call to the Council also says that there is only the one processing plant in Georgetown and there is "work taking place there", but, couldn't say if it was the re-commissioning or actual processing. Is it "safe" to conclude from that that this is the EOPL mill, or, do we just go on trusting??? Surely we are entitled to know more about the mill and why not the names and addresses of the EOPL people?? There are only about 3-400 residents in Georgetown.
