Greenback, IMO, shares my view that these guys are very clever and have a definite agenda, or, maybe with Vaughan leaving, they might have had to re-start the process with a new rep on behalf of LNY.

I, very frankly, cannot see the EAC being the cause and find it extremely difficult to understand why EOPL hasn't at least got the smaller mill upon which their agreement was based, fully operational.
Also, management have stated that there are "other third party" mills that could be used.
Both EAC and EOPL have great benefits to get this process operating ASAP, LNY management, (historically) don't seem to be as anxious???
I'd love to see some hard evidence about any of the parties being involved before I'm prepared to lay blame on any of them.
Has anyone been able to make contact with EOPL directly. All my enquiries just fall on deaf ears.
We long termers are extremely trusting!!!!!!

This is a circular argument i.e. chicken & egg.....I will not partake in it.

I'm only interested in linear argument.

Please go back to the beginning of this thread and re-read.

The Mill is not ready!....period!

I realise neither is the ML, but logistically the Mill needs to up and ready prior to the granting of the ML (for the reasons I have stated).
