G'day Geenback25. Love your work, can't believe you haven't posted more often. Confirms that quality kills quantity and maybe that ties in with our lack of announcements??
Just one extremely minor amendment which really could also be quite important and IMO is "significant". The last QR only covered up to 30 September, so, they had not signed up the TO's by 30 September. Just academic, as had they signed up by today it would most certainly should have had to be "material" requiring an announcement to that effect. However, it is also my view that management have a different interpretation of "material" and they might not consider that the TO agreement is "material" just as they did not think the landowner agreement was "material" and just tacked it into a QR??
Their interpretation of "material" seems to be after something has actually been finalized i.e. the ML being granted.
To me, that is simply not good enough as it shows absolutely no consideration for shareholders who continue to to have no idea at what stage the application stands and as such is definitely causing some punters to sell out, mostly at a loss.
Management probably says "stiff", they have proven to be in for the lonnnnnng term and if people are prepared to punt, short term, well that's their problem. But, I still reckon that considering the long time that genuine long term shareholders have stuck with this company through thin and thin and thin, surely a few words on progress wouldn't go astray??
