Dugs, I'm not sure if EOPL is the problem. What would they be saying to Bizzell. "When do you want to start full time milling?" Bizzell will say " next month or maybe the month after that or maybe the month after that er... no idea". Had EOPL had the plant commissioned back in June it would still be waiting and then they would have to do another recommissioning. IMO fault lays with LNY in not finalising negotiations with TO not EPOL as EPOL will be guided by LNY and grant of ML.
