Indeed Cudeco1 and thank you for bringing it to everyone's attention. From my experience this is nowhere as effective as personal attendance at an AGM with direct questions to the chair. It is always advisable to put that question in writing, as outlined in your post, so that it will be classified as a question with notice and should have more standing than just a question without notice from the floor.
Either way, questions must be raised regarding the process being used to effect the agreement with the TOs, who is involved and what stage of that process has been reached.
I hope that someone can present those questions personally as circumstances make it near impossible for me to do so. However I will certainly continue, as I have for weeks, to present management with our concerns.
