But, my thoughts are definitely directed to management, which is not really a "mining" management in any case and "mining" is taking a back seat in their daily operations. That's why I ask what is Scott Hall doing and has Vaughan Wishart been replaced. Those two are the "mining" people of the company. They, like all of us, must have a ML just to do their job, the rest of them have the Bizzell Capital and its other fingers in the pie to take care of. And the money there is most lucrative if the Bass Metals Appendix 5B is any indication re the $6 million that they "raised".
