1. Who did the drilling, and consequently know the dirt intimately ??!
2. Who gets the first (1st) 4g/t. The revenue split will apply above a 4g/t head grade ??!
3. Who gets the first (1st) 300 ounces ??!

LNY indeed bare the "risk" that the dirt grade is greater than (>) 4g/t.
Now back on point - Why the f# is the mill not ready!
- EOPL knew the Landowner compensation agreement was coming to a close.
- EOPL know the Ewamian People, and know the deal is not that hard.
- LNY advised EOPL it wanted the Mill ready to go in September.
- The Mill is idle, and has been so for years, perhaps LNY should "dictate to EOPL how to run its own business".
