I think what happened was the geological team went to visit their brine tennaments in Nevada and told them that they should only keep the parts they believed would provide the best results. Also brine is a much slower to market commodity than hard rock and from what I have been able to learn from their website, they had initial problems with native tittle in Australia. I am not sure what is happening with the Nevada brine prospect- I will give them a call and ask.
