"During the quarter Marquee Resources continued to review a large number of potential resource acquisitions with a
particular focus on Lithium and Cobalt. The company is now in
advanced negotiations with regard to a particular transaction and will update the market if and when required. The current cash balance as at 30 September 2017 is $2.23m.
Managing Director Charles Thomas commented: “The company was pleased to conduct its maiden drilling program at the Clayton Valley Lithium Project during the September quarter. Although the results were not as good as I would have liked, I believe this project still has considerable future value that can be unlocked.” “We have been actively reviewing numerous
other projects which will complement the Clayton Valley Lithium Project
and add significant value for shareholders.”
