    'The sector has turned and cost are on the rise'

    This sector may have turned in sentiment but mining is on its a in WA with respect to jobs.
    Let's be honest and look at some of the big ticket costs. For a start a gravel road isn't SOP or mining specific and is low tech. Trenches = digger and nothing else. Ponds = digger +/- poly and nothing else.
    You can argue about the processing plant if you want.
