Grade is important but isn't. You also need to consider their annual production. E.g.
RWD's
- grade is 500g per litre
- annual production is 1kg
- Therefore they need 2 ponds (1 pond hold 1 litre)
AMN
- grade is 250g per litre
- annual production is 500g
- Therefore they need 2 ponds (1 pond hold 1 litre)
Then mess with pond sizes etc. However, this also shows that grade significantly effects potential annual production, i.e. very low grade = very small mining company.
At the end of the day it doesn't matter. The share price today is speculative and KLL and AMN are talking the talk, hence higher sp. Once RWD, KLL, and AMN are in production the share price will be dictated by the dividend (or growth).
So who is going to pay the biggest dividend? To be perfectly honest I hope KLL and AMN continue talking up the sp even into production. It would be safe to assume the div yield will be low in those circumstances. Then I hope the market continues to loathe RWD and its div yield is nice and high - i'll be buying lots of stock!
So go away buyers there's nothing to see here
