I thought so, but why this shell?

Do these directors have a history of success? I once spoke with the CEO in has capacity of running AZM. I caught him telling me a major porky and then he changed his tune. I have to admit that in recent years his quarterly reports (those I have read) have been more honest about AZM's situation. I think he has some sort of relationship with Mark Creasy, ie Creasy employed him as a geo at some stage, and from what I recall Creasy moved his money out of CDT and into AZM (ie exchanged his CDT shares for AZM shares with AZM taking a stake in AZM).

I looked this one up after seeing CDT on the Hotcopper major daily losers list last night so I took a peek here given my past interest.
