It indeed exert Positive impact on its little brother CDT given AZM holding 16% of CDT through same Boards and AZM indeed put a valuation of this as investment in its quarterly with the holding value is $400k with sp at 1.5c.....

It is same as CDT put it's investment of 570k units of EPT at its quarterly, which had almost double to $39k from last quarter, so wouldn't you wanna your investment double/tripple?

The higher the sp of CDT, the gain AZM will ripe later....

As @Anton Chigurh stated, rasing funds won't be a problem, but vend in a Quality New focus project, and Mr stone stated 3 month ago the board has looked many projects so with the progress of AZM, we should see more smoke and fire/ sniff of Acquisition soon.....
