end of the 4 month option period for Baramaia is coming up...

end of the 4 month option period for Baramaia is coming up (began early may, end of aug would be time) and upon the end of the period GMD is to submit a technical report to Metallo and advise if they wish to acquire 100% of the shares in Metallo by either $250k cash or $250k worth of GMD shares to Metallo (based on 30 day vwap). i wonder if there is a bit of play in the sp to keep it lower so more shares can be acquired for the $250k worth - as in my opinion GMD will move forward with the acquisition as the results so far have been promising
